We are alive and well

I know it has been forever, life has been crazy! Avery started Kindergarten and is loving it! Her teacher Mrs. Ellis understands Avery completely. Jackson is in the 2nd grade and he has the best teacher we could ask ask for, Mrs. Plum. I finished my first semester in Nursing school and am happy to say that I am still alive. We had a great Thanksgiving, and are looking forward to the Christmas break. I have so much to be thankful for this year, happy and healthy children, a family that loves unconditionally and my Lord and savior that always sees me through.

Water Babies

I have lived in Idaho my entire life and cannot believe that I have never been to Jensen's Grove. It is awesome, we had so much fun on Friday that we decided to go back on Saturday. We met my good friend Pam there and played with her kids, Katie and Braxton. If you haven't been, check it out!!! There is a area roped off for kids that is the perfect depth, a skate park, picnic tables, playgrounds...it is the best....and it only cost a few bucks in gas.

Because Meds Are Expensive

Not that I am in anyway advertising the obsessive use of medicine....as I believe that they are often "over used" in this country (not that I dive into that ravine.) However when you do need one they can be really expensive. I came across this link a few months ago and thought maybe some of you could use it. Fourth of July

We had a fun and busy weekend....Did all the usual holiday IF things....parade, BBQ and fireworks. I failed to take any great pictures so here is what I have:

GIRLS NIGHT OUT!!!

Well I had the rare opportunity to have a kid free night out with the girls this past weekend and we had a BLAST....due to an "over-crowding" issue we ended up seeing 2 movies and having appetizers at Applebee's

The first movie we saw was:

I have not laughed so hard in this in a really long time.....and as most of you know.....having kids and laughing that hard comes at a cost !!!

Second we saw:

It was your typical warm fuzzy romantic comedy.....except 3 simple words.....Ryan Reynolds.....YUMMY

All Weekend Long

I know we are a bit behind seeing how this has been out forever....But we rented it this weekend and I LOVED it. Apparently my kids did also seeing how we watched at least 10 times before we had to return it.
